A foundational look at the worthiness of Christ as the motivation for mission, grounding the student's calling in worship before service.
Personal & Devotional life	12 sessions6 weeks
Building sustainable rhythms of spiritual life.
Reading the Bible Missionally	16 sessions8 weeks
Learning to read Scripture through the lens of God's heart for the nations, from Genesis to Revelation. Very important for missional - mindedness.
Biblical Theology of Missions: Tracing the redemptive plan	12 sessions6 weeks
Tracing the redemptive plan of God through the whole biblical narrative and how we can apply it to every part of life today.
The Gospels and Jesus' Leadership Style	12 sessions6 weeks
Jesus Leadership Syle was very "missional" - everything focused on the mission.
The Book of Acts and Missions	16 sessions8 weeks
A close study of Acts as the template for Spirit-empowered witness, church planting, and apostolic sending.

In the second year, students choose one of two streams based on their calling.

Practical approaches to sharing the gospel and forming disciples in the student's own community context.
Community Needs Assessment and Development	12 sessions6 weeks
Leadership Development and Multiplication	12 sessions6 weeks
Identifying, training, and releasing new leaders so ministry multiplies beyond the founder.
Church Planting Models and Movements	12 sessions6 weeks
Lookin at different church planting models and the dynamics of multiplying movements.
Creating a Church Planting or Missional Strategy.	12 sessions6 weeks
A capstone course in which the student develops and defends a written strategy for a church plant or missional project matched to their gifting.

Cross-Cultural Communication	12 sessions6 weeks
Developing the skills to communicate the gospel faithfully and live well within another culture.
Strategic Planning for Unreached People Groups	12 sessions6 weeks
Researching unreached and frontier peoples and building a wise, prayerful plan for engagement.

Character, calling, and competency for leading missional teams and initiatives.
Missional Worship	12 sessions6 weeks
The role of worship in forming a sending church and in cross-cultural ministry.
Business as Mission	12 sessions6 weeks
Using vocation and enterprise as a legitimate platform and blessing in mission contexts.
Kairos Missions Course	6 sessions3 weeks
A globally recognized short-course exploring God's mission, strategic prayer, and our role in reaching the nations.

Classes are three days a week for 3 hours each.

Each module runs for 6 weeks, meeting twice per week.
